• Dust regularly to keep the surface free from dust, grit, sand and abrasive particles.
  • Use a well rung out cloth to clean the surface, if required.
  • Small areas of surface grime and finger marks
    • Rub the affected area with a pencil eraser.
      *The eraser will remove all, but the most stubborn surface marks without affecting the surface of the plaster
  • Larger areas of surface grime and finger marks
    • First, damp down the wall with just water but try not to disturb the dirt.
    • When the wall is wet, then clean it with a mixture of water and mild detergent.
    • Wet the wall to minimize the amount of dirty water absorbed into the surface.
    • Once surface is clean and left to dry overnight, re-wax and polish as required.
  • Never splash water or wash the surface with wet cloth
  • Wipe up wet surface with a damp rag and do not allow continual spraying of water onto surface. Continual spraying of water can damage surface, create stains and allow algae to grow
  • Do not use chemical or rough/sharp object for cleaning and maintenance of the surfaces
