First, damp down the wall with just water but try not to disturb the dirt.
When the wall is wet, then clean it with a mixture of water and mild detergent.
Wet the wall to minimize the amount of dirty water absorbed into the surface.
Once surface is clean and left to dry overnight, re-wax and polish as required.
Never splash water or wash the surface with wet cloth
Wipe up wet surface with a damp rag and do not allow continual spraying of water onto surface. Continual spraying of water can damage surface, create stains and allow algae to grow
Do not use chemical or rough/sharp object for cleaning and maintenance of the surfaces
Provide proper protection to cover surfaces, in the event of any work execution
